My Machine fragments information and then translates it into colours, using the technology of an ordinary scanner. The machine moves the scanner in a steady rhythm from one side tot the other, and thus collects the information that is turned into digital data. Pace and rhythm of movement could make the scanner miss pieces of information and these errors become visible in full RGB colours, or a mixture. The more information is scanned, the more colourful the result will be.
